We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Estates Surveyor to join a client-side team located in the beautiful North Devon region. This permanent position provides an opportunity to manage a variety of property types located across the region. Relocating to North Devon offers a fantastic quality of life. Your new role
You will be able to take advantage of a unique opportunity to manage a variety of estate management tasks, including negotiation of rent reviews, lease renewals, and assisting with property valuations.
- Conducting rent reviews and lease renewals.
- Assisting with property valuations and estate management.
- Providing professional advice on property estate matters.
- Maintaining and managing property records.
- Liaising with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful working in this role, you will need to have proven experience in estate management, alongside excellent negotiation skills and the ability to work independently.
